Senior Property Surveying Manager Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to join our team as a Surveying Team Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of building systems and familiarity with the lifecycle and maintenance challenges of various construction types and materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a new in-house surveying team and ensure the delivery of an efficient, accurate, and high-quality surveying service, along with comprehensive data collection that aligns with and supports the organisation's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate survey findings into actionable strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Implement robust quality assurance to meet industry standards, comply with regulations, and adopt best practices.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Building Surveying or related field, or equivalent experience. Significant experience of property surveying techniques and methodologies, demonstrable experience in commissioning and managing stock condition surveys, technical assessments, and inspections.
