  • As a key member of our team, you will oversee the Occupational Health Service, focusing on case management and report production.
  • The successful candidate will motivate Occupational Health Nurse advisors by offering training and monitoring opportunities.
  • In this leadership role, you will spearhead the development and delivery of a premier Occupational Health Service.
  • You will maintain NMC registration and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Further, you will initiate projects that promote high-quality clinical care.
  • The position entails performing regular evaluations and training sessions for Occupational Health personnel.

Necessary qualifications and skills:

  • A registered nurse with a valid NMC PIN, a postgraduate degree in Occupational Health is advantageous.
  • Proven expertise in commercial occupational health, specifically in case management and health surveillance.
  • Familiarity with occupational health and employment legislation.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.

Compensation: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
