We are working with an ambitious rural property advisory business that has achieved impressive growth in its first year, building a significant client portfolio across rural land management and development.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Rural Surveyor to join our land management team, supporting the day-to-day operations of clients' farms and estates. Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing estate management, ensuring optimal use of resources and maximizing efficiency
  • Handling landlord and tenant matters, providing expert guidance on best practices
  • Managing agricultural agreements, including contract farming and advising on diversification projects such as small developments and renewables
  • Assisting with grant and funding applications, providing professional support to clients
  • Providing guidance on best practices for farming businesses, helping them achieve their goals

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A proactive and motivated individual with initiative and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
  • Able to adapt to a growing business environment, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn
  • A UK driving licence is required for this role
  • A degree in land management (or similar) with 0-2 years' experience and working towards (or keen to start) your RICS qualification

Salary:

This competitive role offers a salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including private health insurance, gym membership, and a Christmas shutdown.
