Role Overview:

The primary focus of this role will be to support the development and training of our drivers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles safely and efficiently. This will involve delivering training programs, conducting assessments, and providing guidance and support to drivers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver driver training programs aligned to industry standards
• Conduct pre-employment assessments for drivers
• Provide guidance and support to drivers on vehicle operation and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant experience in transportation or logistics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a flexible approach to work.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and commitment, we offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, plus benefits including a company pension scheme, life assurance, and access to our employee rewards platform.
