We are seeking an experienced LGV Instructor to join our team at our Market Drayton Depot. This key role will focus on supporting driver development and training across all areas of our business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver driver CPC periodic training requirements
• Support internal LGV training opportunities
• Carry out pre-employment driver assessments for both permanent and agency drivers
• Deliver all aspects of new driver induction training and existing driver development training
• Maintain accurate data within the Tachomaster analysis compliance system

Requirements:

• Knowledge and understanding of the Dairy Transport Assurance Scheme (DTAS) regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with Compliance teams & Transport teams
• Risk assessment of route, delivery and collection locations
