**Location:** Worldwide (EnerSys has over thirty manufacturing and assembly plants worldwide)

We are seeking an experienced Space Power Assurance Leader to join our EnerSys Advanced Systems team. As a leader in the space industry, we have the privilege of working with national and international space agencies, such as NASA and the European Space Agency, as well as commercial customers.

This role will involve evaluating, tracking, and satisfying all Product Assurance requirements on assigned space power projects. You will work closely with a dedicated team from other disciplines to produce documentation and hardware for delivery to the customer.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our company offers a competitive salary, employer-matched pension contribution, annual leave, life assurance, eyecare vouchers, employee assistance program, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, track, and satisfy all Product Assurance requirements on assigned space power projects.
  • Work closely with a dedicated team to produce documentation and hardware for delivery to the customer.
  • Be the primary Product Assurance representative to the customer for the assigned project(s).
Requirements:
  • Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience delivering PA engineering or manager duties on spacecraft projects.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of European Space Industry standards (ECSS).
