Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinic Supervisor to join our team at Lincoln College. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, tutoring, assessing, and internally verifying students on the Clinical Herbalism/Herbal Therapeutics programmes.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a supportive work environment.

Job Description
  • Supervise and support students on the Clinical Herbalism/Herbal Therapeutics programmes.
  • Tutor and assess students to ensure they meet the programme requirements.
  • Internally verify student assessments to maintain the quality of our programmes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as herbal medicine or a related area.
  • Extensive experience in teaching, mentoring, or supervising students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
