Over time, you will be entrusted with designated IT-related responsibilities, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

About the Program

This 3-4 year Level 6 Apprenticeship is designed for individuals who are eager to embark on a career in Digital Technology within a leading global Aerospace and Defence company. You will develop essential IT skills that form the foundation for your future success, with the potential to secure a permanent role within our organization.

We are committed to providing comprehensive training and support throughout your apprenticeship journey. This includes working closely with our training partner to ensure you achieve both business and personal goals while collaborating effectively as part of a team.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and information clearly and concisely.
  • A customer-focused approach, enabling you to build strong relationships and gain the trust of individuals both within and outside the company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • A minimum of Grade 4 or above in 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English (or equivalent level qualifications).
  • Ideally, a Level 3 qualification in an IT-related discipline.

This is a full-time, site-based role with standard working hours of 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 to 16:15 on Friday. However, there may be occasions when you are required to work outside of these hours.
