We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing and managing the design department, providing leadership, and ensuring best-of-breed audio visual, smart, and technical designs in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the design process from conception to completion, ensuring all work adheres to company standards and project specifications.
- Develop and implement design processes that enhance efficiency and quality of output.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of ISO standards and Avixa guidelines, integrating these principles into design practices to ensure consistent quality.
- Manage and mentor the design team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
- Conduct and oversee annual reviews for the design team, including performance management.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
- Provide regular reports to the Senior Management Team on design team performance, project progress, and strategic initiatives, risks, and lessons learned.
