Spencer and James, a Family Owned Multi-Disciplinary Main Contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Tester to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reactive maintenance on social housing projects, including testing and inspections, and voids works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical work on residential and commercial properties, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Work independently to identify and address electrical system issues.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of electrical installations.
  • Supervise and handle installations and testing without direct supervision.
  • Demonstrate competence in domestic and commercial installations, with qualifications like City & Guilds 2391/2395.

Requirements:

  • 2391 Testing & Inspection
  • 18th Edition
  • NVQ Level 3
  • Testing & Inspection experience within the social housing reactive maintenance sector.
