Social Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care Connect Team in North Kent. As an Investigating Officer, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding adults with care and support needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and investigations to identify safeguarding risks and needs.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to ensure the well-being and safety of adults.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and support to social care officers within the team.
