Job Summary

We are looking for a Care Assistant to provide personal care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing medication, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing medication
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a compassionate and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when working with clients.
