About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Risk Analyst to join our Water Environment team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and leading flood risk assessments, hydrological and hydraulic modelling, and working closely with clients and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead flood risk assessments and hydrological and hydraulic modelling projects
  • Work closely with clients and regulatory authorities to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage and coordinate project finances, including budgeting and fee proposals
  • Contribute to business development and research new opportunities
  • Attend client and regulatory meetings, site inspections, and progress reporting
Requirements
  • Strong Bachelor's degree in a water-related subject and/or relevant industry experience
  • Substantial experience in flood risk assessments and hydrological and hydraulic modelling
  • Good understanding of the Environment Agency and Lead Local Flood Authorities
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current planning policies and procedures
  • High motivation and self-motivated team player with exceptional people skills
