Lead Engineer

Job Description:
This is a permanent vacancy for a Lead Engineer - Buildings and Infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking a leading role in the development of innovative designs and ideas, ensuring they are implemented effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of engineers in the development of complex design packages.
- To oversee the delivery of these projects and ensure they meet deadlines.
- To stay up-to-date with UK and international design codes and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex design projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
