Teaching Position

Bolton College is looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational Beauty Therapy lecturer to join our faculty. This is an excellent opportunity to share your knowledge and skills with students, contributing to their growth and development.

About the Job:

  • To teach and assess students on one or more Beauty Therapy courses.
  • To develop and implement teaching plans, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • To support learners in achieving their goals, providing guidance and feedback.
  • To collaborate with colleagues in curriculum development and quality assurance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
  • Level 2 Maths and English qualification.
  • Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
  • Assessors qualification or willingness to work towards.
  • Relevant experience in teaching and working within the Beauty Therapy industry.

Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality teaching and learning on designated courses.
  • To contribute to curriculum management, including course development and resource creation.
  • To participate in quality assurance procedures and ensure personal compliance.

Compensation Package: £26,219 - £31,047 per annum (pro rata).
