Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver

Goldstar is a rapidly expanding Transport & Warehousing company dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a growing and progressive organization, we are seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious HGV Class 2 Driver to operate commercial vehicles, load and unload goods, and ensure loads are safely secured. The successful candidate will have a valid HGV license, knowledge of transportation laws and regulations, and the ability to operate HGVs safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload goods
  • Ensure loads are safely secured
  • Follow traffic reports and adapt routes if necessary
  • Carry out basic routine maintenance
  • Complete delivery paperwork, PDA, walk-around check, or any documentation
  • Follow compliance, tacho master, and other regulations and laws applicable
Requirements:
  • Valid HGV license
  • Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations
  • Ability to operate HGVs safely and efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Familiarity with GPS systems and other tracking devices
