We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and emotional support.
- Work collaboratively with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Paid experience in care is preferred, but not essential as full training is available.
- Must live locally and be able to commit to the rota and shift patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, resilient, and committed approach.
- A driver's license and access to your own vehicle are essential, with business insurance required.
- Good professional and personal references.

In line with Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
