At mbf., we're seeking a talented Financial Planning Associate to join our expert team. As a key member of our corporate financial planning services, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts in providing financial advice to corporate clients.

With a strong emphasis on the Independent Schools sector, our client is renowned for delivering tailored solutions and exceptional client service. As a Financial Planning Associate, you'll be responsible for offering expert guidance on workplace pensions and benefits, ensuring clients' needs are met with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive financial planning solutions to corporate clients, focusing on non-regulated areas.
  • Collaborate with regulated financial planners to achieve revenue targets and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and industry developments, applying this knowledge to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, driving client retention and identifying opportunities for growth.

Essential Requirements:

  • DipPFS/Level 4 qualified with technical knowledge of DC pensions, financial planning, or working within an employee benefit consultancy.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of success in working with private or corporate clients.
  • Exceptional customer service and sales skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
