Personal Support Specialist

As a Care and Support Assistant, you will have the rewarding opportunity to contribute to the provision of quality services to meet the needs of service users. This role is part of our Cloverfield Grove Service in Aberdeen.
About the Role:- To provide support and care to individuals, promoting their physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized plans for service users.
- To maintain accurate records and adhere to health, safety, and security procedures.
We offer a competitive salary of £20 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including company pension, employee assistance program, generous annual leave, and refer-a-friend program.
Requirements:You will need to be willing and able to achieve SCQF Level 6 in Social Services and Healthcare within three years of appointment. Previous experience in social care is not required, but a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable adults and children is essential.
