Healthcare Technician Specialist

Muller Dairy is a major player in the UK dairy industry, with a strong commitment to employee health and well-being. We are currently seeking an Occupational Health Technician to join our team in the UK.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of our employees. This will involve conducting medical screenings, providing health education, and developing programs to reduce workplace injuries and illnesses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health, with experience working in a similar role. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with employees at all levels.
This is a full-time position, offering a salary of approximately £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive pension scheme, life insurance, and paid time off.
Responsibilities- Conduct regular medical screenings and provide health education to employees
- Develop and implement workplace safety programs to reduce injuries and illnesses
- Collaborate with management and employees to identify and resolve health-related issues
