Conveyancing Solicitor Role


We are seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join our busy team in Milton Keynes Central. As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will work with our clients to ensure the smooth transfer of property ownership, handling freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, remortgage, and transfer of equity transactions.


To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a busy conveyancing team, excellent communication skills, and a pleasant, flexible, and cooperative manner.



  • Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and quality procedures.
  • Handle freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, remortgage, and transfer of equity transactions from start to finish.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their property needs and provide expert advice.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
