Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive to handle a diverse caseload of Commercial Property transactions, including the sale and purchase of commercial properties, drafting commercial contracts and leases, and providing accurate up-to-date legal advice to clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own workload, meeting chargeable hours and billing targets, and participating in marketing efforts to generate new business opportunities.

Your expertise will be invaluable in maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions, including sale and purchase of commercial properties, drafting commercial contracts and leases.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date legal advice to clients, considering commercial pressures and market trends.
- Meet chargeable hours and billing targets, while actively participating in marketing initiatives to attract new clients and grow business.
- Respond promptly to incoming calls and messages, adhering to our firm's procedures and protocols.
- Develop and maintain an efficient diary management system to optimize productivity and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with our firm's procedures regarding file management and professional development.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in private practice, with relevant field-specific expertise in Commercial Conveyancing.
- A solid legal background, although not necessarily a formal legal qualification. We value candidates with transferable skills and knowledge from other sectors or industries.
