About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Child In Care Team. As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide social work services to children and families in need, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to support children and families, including case management and coordination with other agencies.

Requirements:
