Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital part in driving sales by identifying, engaging, and supporting the development of brand partnerships for our sports property relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial, sales or partnerships-focused role, with a track record of contributing to successful sales or business development. They will also be goal-oriented, target driven and highly motivated, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

This role offers a competitive compensation package (£45,000 - £60,000), the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, hands-on experience in sports marketing, guidance from experienced sports industry executives, and ongoing training and development opportunities to support career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales outreach: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage prospective brand partners, leveraging CRM tools and industry insights.
  • Target-driven performance: Proactively pursue leads to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Pitch support: Assist senior partnerships leads in pitching to prospective sponsors.
  • Relationship management: Support the nurturing of relationships with new and existing partners through consistent and effective communication.
  • Insight and reporting: Use analytics to monitor progress, optimise outreach strategies, and report on performance to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales teams to ensure seamless handover of leads and successful execution of partnership agreements.
