Your Role:

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers with a warm smile and helping them leave happy and excited to unlock their imaginations.
  • Providing excellent customer service and making recommendations on our products.
  • Supporting our Store Management team to keep the stores running smoothly.
  • Opening, closing, and running the store when needed (including holidays, days off, and sickness).
