Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Personal Care and Activity Coordinator. This role involves working closely with residents to promote their independence and well-being, while also supporting them with personal care and activities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Personal Care and Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personal care and support to residents
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Encouraging residents to engage in physical activities and explore new interests
- Working closely with other team members to develop and implement personalized care plans
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities
Salary and Benefits
