Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a reputable primary school in Aylesbury. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to implement work programmes and support the differentiated curriculum for pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement agreed work programmes with individuals or groups under the guidance of teaching staff
  • Assist with planning and preparation of learning activities to support pupils' access to the curriculum
  • Monitor and respond to pupils' learning and behaviour, adjusting activities as needed
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, other professionals, and parents as required
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a nursery or SEN setting
  • DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
