About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Reporting and Analysis Manager to lead our Platform Modernisation Programme in the NHS England Data Services transformation portfolio.

This programme aims to revolutionise the NHS's data platform estate by streamlining the end-to-end data analytics lifecycle, consolidating existing platforms, incorporating advanced tooling, and adopting an event-based architecture.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills, showing proficiency in both written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement, tailored to the unique requirements of the NHS.

A competitive salary ranging from £53,755 - £60,504 per annum, pro-rata, dependent on your experience and the number of years you have worked within the NHS.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management: Managing the whole lifecycle of a project, reporting on progress, and managing risks and issues.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Leading the development and implementation of comprehensive reporting and analysis frameworks to support the Platform Modernisation Programme.
  • Presentations: Competent in creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations to decision makers.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Educational Achievement: A degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare or related field.
  • Project Management Experience: Excellent knowledge of best practice and innovation in project management methodologies gained within the NHS or similar healthcare settings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
