Compliance Manager Job Description

As a key member of the Global Corporate Compliance Operations team at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting business operations and leading compliance-related activities in the UK, with the potential to provide ad hoc support to other European markets if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and refine compliance policies that integrate healthcare, corporate, and other compliance controls to guide Regeneron's UK operations.
  2. Design and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs for employees and third parties, ensuring a deep understanding of compliance principles and industry codes.
  3. Provide proactive risk management and compliance support, collaborating with business leaders to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  4. Offer timely and comprehensive compliance-related advice and oversight on new and existing initiatives, including interactions with the Healthcare Community, ensuring alignment with Regeneron's policies.
  5. Stay informed of emerging industry trends to proactively handle and mitigate compliance risks.
  6. Collaborate closely with the compliance monitoring team to conduct internal reviews, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with local industry codes and address potential risks optimally.
Requirements:
  1. A deep understanding of European compliance laws, regulations, and industry codes of practice governing the biopharmaceutical industry.
  2. At least 7+ years in health compliance roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Creative Problem-Solver, you are comfortable making strong decisions and designing creative solutions to support the development of strategies and implementing solutions swiftly.
