Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled PPM Consultant to join our team at Bestoutcome. As a PPM Consultant, you will play a dual role of being a trusted advisor and account manager for our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to understand clients' business needs, provide expert guidance on our suite of proprietary Project Portfolio Management software, centring on PM3 which has been implemented at a number of the UK's leading organisations, and ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our products.

You will also be responsible for managing a number of our existing client accounts and developing and executing account management plans to drive client retention and satisfaction.

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients regarding PPM solutions and services.
  • Consultative Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand the scope of services provided to existing clients by understanding their evolving needs.
  • Solution Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their project management challenges, business objectives, and operational processes.
  • Project Oversight: Lead implementations and PMO consultancy of PPM solutions for clients.
