Our Team
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our team and contribute to our research and development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stem cell biology, cellular differentiation protocols, and a deep understanding of metabolic disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate findings and drive project milestones.
- Prepare and present research findings to internal teams, external collaborators, and at scientific conferences.
- Contribute to the preparation of grant applications, scientific publications, and patent filings.
- Stay current with advancements in stem cell biology, metabolic research, and AI applications in biotechnology.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field with a focus on iPSC technology and metabolic diseases.
- Proven expertise in differentiating iPSCs into various metabolic cell types, including hepatocytes, adipocytes, and pancreatic beta cells, with a strong background in functionally testing these differentiated cell types.
- Strong understanding of metabolic disorders, including but not limited to diabetes, obesity, and fatty liver disease.
- Proficiency in standard laboratory techniques, such as cell culture, gene editing (CRISPR/Cas9), flow cytometry, and imaging.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines for stem cell research and therapeutic development.
