Earnings Potential

Our Support Workers can earn up to £12.15 per hour and £16.95 for Bank Holidays, plus 25p mileage compensation. This equates to approximately £24,480 - £31,040 per annum based on a 37-hour week, depending on your availability and number of hours worked.

Key Responsibilities

Your Duties as a Support Worker
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with personal care tasks
  • Help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework

You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored support that meets their requirements.
