Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum pro rata to FTE (Full Time Equivalent)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Faith Leader to join our Chaplaincy Team at the Gatwick Immigration Removal Centre. As a key member of our team, you will provide pastoral care and support to residents and staff across both Brook House and Tinsley House sites.

About the Role:
• Provide faith advice and guidance to residents and staff
• Facilitate faith-specific services and events
• Collaborate with Security and Safer Custody teams to address issues such as Suicide and Self-Harm Reduction
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary meetings and forums
• Ensure chaplaincy facilities and equipment are maintained to a high standard

What You Need:
• Proven experience in delivering religious services, ideally in a custodial environment
• Innovative and forward-thinking approach
• High-level professionalism and competence in congregational service delivery
• Strong pastoral and spiritual leadership skills
• Working knowledge of other faiths represented within the centre
