Child Welfare Specialist

**Job Overview**
At Charles Hunter Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled Child Welfare Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with looked-after children from family support through to adoption.
The ideal candidate will have post-qualifying experience in permanence, looked after children or fostering. They will be responsible for ensuring that children have a secure, stable, and comforting environment throughout their childhood and upbringing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing long-term plans for looked-after children
- Providing support to families and carers
- Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
We offer a competitive salary of up to £48,474, dependent on experience, as well as benefits such as mileage coverage, retention payment, flexible working, free parking, and relocation package. We also provide continuous training and development opportunities to help you grow and deliver confident practice.
