Starbucks Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Store Manager to lead our Starbucks store in Edinburgh, EH13 9QR. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company and develop your leadership skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
About the Role:
- Full-Time / Permanent position with a salary up to £29,500 (depending on experience)
- Quarterly Bonus Incentive scheme for motivated individuals
Responsibilities:
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets
- Implementing effective operational processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
