As an Apprentice Outcomes Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our students at University College of Estate Management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to support the learning and development needs of our apprentices, working closely with the Apprenticeship Team to ensure seamless delivery of the program, and collaborating with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training materials.

Key Qualifications:
  • A degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience working with apprentices or young people in a learning environment.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
