Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Sutton Hall. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading kitchen operations, driving food culture, and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise.
- Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food production.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen standards, including food safety, hygiene, and presentation.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of kitchen staff.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and supplies.
- Contribute to the development of new menu concepts and ideas.
- Participate in menu tastings and food quality control.

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub, or hotel at sous, head chef, or kitchen manager level is essential. You will be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture, and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
