Health and Social Care Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Social Care Worker to join our Children's Neurodiversity Service. In this role, you will work closely with young people with Neurodiverse needs and their families to provide support and guidance.
Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and triaging Autism and ADHD referrals, supporting and operating referral systems, and undertaking general enquiry calls from families and professionals. You will also assist clinicians with tasks such as school observations and QB testing.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- You will need to have a relevant qualification in Health and Social Care, such as an NVQ level 4 or Foundation Degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- You should have demonstrable experience of working with children and young people, and a strong interest in working with those with Neurodiverse needs.

- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
