Insurance Claims Manager

Nashrock Insurance Recruitment is seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Manager to lead our team and drive the delivery of exceptional service in a fast-paced insurance environment.

This role offers the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of claims, managing complex risks and analyzing policy wordings to assess coverage and liability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of claims across various lines of business, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Liaise with brokers, clients, and third parties to gather required documentation and provide regular updates on claim progress.
  • Review and analyze policy wordings to assess coverage and liability.
  • Coordinate with underwriters and other internal stakeholders to ensure claims are handled within agreed service levels.
  • Prepare detailed claims reports and maintain accurate records in claims management systems.
  • Identify trends or issues in claims data and contribute to process improvements.
  • Stay informed of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in insurance claims management within the London Market.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance principles and claims processes.
  • Familiarity with ECF and CLASS systems.
  • LATAM exposure is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A high level of attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a hybrid work environment.
