Job Details

The Dean Close Foundation is a prestigious educational institution and charitable trust based in Cheltenham. We are seeking a highly skilled High-Level Assistant to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This is a full-time position, working 52 weeks per year.

The successful candidate will provide high-level executive and project management support to the Warden/CEO and Bursar/CFO, as well as other members of the Executive team. They will be responsible for tracking and monitoring project progress, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring project milestones are met.

We are looking for someone with proven experience working in a similar role, preferably as an Executive Assistant or degree qualified in Business Administration/Management. Experience in working PMO would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives.
  • Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
