Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer journeys from contracting to car delivery and after, escalating issues where necessary
  • Work with colleagues to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our service processes and systems
  • Collaborate with the customer experience team to plan for growth and implement changes to ensure a smooth customer experience
