Job Duties:
  • Oversee daily operations of the aircraft hanger
  • Manage maintenance technicians and ensure safety compliance
  • Coordinate aircraft maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high work standards
  • Allocate resources efficiently and maintain inventory of necessary supplies
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team
  • Communicate with upper management to report progress and address issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in supervisory role within aerospace or aviation industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures and regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Education:

Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Aerospace Engineering or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and management
