As a Catering Supervisor with Chartwells, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food experiences and world-class customer service. We are recruiting an experienced individual who can confidently oversee our catering and service operations on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Fine Dining Operations: Prepare delicious food to the highest standards, ensuring every dish meets our quality expectations.
  2. Team Leadership: Supervise our culinary and catering teams, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone excels in their role.
  3. Communication: Regularly communicate with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets, ensuring seamless operations.
  4. Brand Representation: Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  5. Customer Liaison: Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams, providing exceptional support and resolving any issues promptly.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  1. Culinary Expertise: Possess a minimum of two years of catering experience, with a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
  2. Leadership Skills: Have experience managing teams in a similar role, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  3. Qualifications: Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate and be an ambitious, motivated individual always looking to upskill.
