Human Resources Specialist

Reed is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can start immediately and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert HR advice to a diverse staff of 450, covering both blue and white-collar roles.
- Work within a team that values coaching and support.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective and objective investigations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- CIPD Level 3 or 5: Desirable, though substantial HR experience can be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
- ER Expertise: An understanding of Employee Relations and basic HR practices.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience: Proven track record of handling a large workforce.
- Flexibility: Standard hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an early shift option (6:00 AM to 4:00 PM) available if using the bus shuttle service.
