Planning Consultant Opportunity in Exeter

We are seeking a skilled Planning Consultant to join our team in Exeter. As a Planning Consultant, you will play a key role in leading residential projects in the rural planning sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative and original planning solutions
  • Prepare policy presentations, project proposals, and tender responses
  • Manage client relationships and grow workload
  • Consult with stakeholders and negotiate with developers
  • Assess planning applications and monitor outcomes
Requirements:
  • Relevant Planning degree within MRTPI/RTPI/RICS
  • Proficiency in CAD software
  • Project delivery and knowledge of land use legislation
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
