Assistant Grower Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Grower. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in horticulture or recently qualified and looking to gain experience in a commercial nursery setting.

About the Role

As an Assistant Grower, you will work closely with our experienced Head Grower to support irrigation management, pest and disease management, and crop husbandry. You will be responsible for assisting with crop walks, supporting ongoing projects, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the nursery's operations from seed to distribution.

Requirements
  • A qualification in horticulture
  • A basic understanding of commercial nursery operations
