Horticulture Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Horticulture Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in growing and develop their skills in a commercial, large-scale nursery setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support irrigation management, pest and disease management, and crop husbandry under the guidance of the Head Grower.
• Gain experience in different areas of the nursery, from seed to distribution, and participate in crop walks and support on ongoing projects.
• Develop your skills and knowledge in horticulture through training and mentorship.

Requirements:

• A qualification in horticulture or a related field.
• A basic understanding of commercial nursery operations.
• A keen interest in learning and developing your skills.
