Job Overview

As a Central London Facilities Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing first-class facilities services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Senior Facilities Co-Ordinator in facilitating successful and productive working relationships between all key stakeholders, end users, the wider FM team, and its service providers.
  • Support the Regional Senior Facilities Co-Ordinator in acting as the interface between the core business and the FM providers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year experience dealing with hard and soft services is essential.
  • A steady career history.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Customer service and communication skills and experience are essential.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £27,000 - £29,000 per annum. You will also receive a good benefits package.
