We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our close-knit team of GPs and Nurses in the Croydon area. As a GP Training Practice, we are committed to providing an excellent service to all patients and are looking for a nurse who can hit the ground running and start seeing clinics such as compression managing, long-term conditions and immunisations straight away.
About the RoleThis is a mixed workload of traditional practice nurse duties with chronic condition management. You will be working mainly face to face appointments with no extended hours or home visiting requirement. Compression management experience is highly sought after.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of up to £48,750 per annum based on experience, 5 weeks' annual leave, and great flexibility available. You will also have opportunities for mentoring and career development.
