We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Devonshire. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative marketing solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies and best practices, and apply this knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing automation solutions that meet business requirements.
- Implementation: Develop and implement complex marketing automation workflows, including email templates, dynamic content, and customer journeys.
- Integration: Integrate Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products and external systems to create seamless customer experiences.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free from defects.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain accurate documentation of solutions and share knowledge with team members to ensure continuity and improvement.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a marketing cloud developer, with a strong understanding of database technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Certifications: Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and Marketing Cloud Consultant.
- Skills: Proficient in Marketing Cloud Builder, Studio, and Audience Studio, with a strong understanding of SQL and data modeling.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
